Trading Service Terms:

• Product Portfolio
LED module,LED strip,LED power adapter,LED power supply,LED controller and so on. Most of our products are compliant with CE, RoHS certificates.

• Minimum Order and Delivery
Confirmed according to the quotation and PI.

• Materials/Components
Most of our raw materials, components or products are compliant with CE, RoHS certificates or patents, we stress on the environmental protection.


• Procedures/testing Details
We procedure the quality control from the beginning incoming materials checking, SMT, semi-production control untill ready goods controlling and after package check.

• Sample Availability & Policy
We will provide samples either paid or free upon customer's request. All sample shipments will be either by air or by sea, with taxes and shipping costs paid by the customer.

• Guarantees/Warranties/Terms and Conditions
We will offer high quality and competitive prices and punctual delivery according to the clause of contract and the request of the customer. We never utilize child labor and we abide by any humanitarian request.

After Sales Service Terms:

• In case for any complaints and claims from the customers, we will respond within 24 hours, the buyer need to offer proof of purchase and problem.

• We provide two years warranty for all our products, all freights and taxes should be paid by buyers.

• The repair and replacement service will not apply to product units that were misused,repaired without authorization or by other reasons beyond the range of intended use.
